Smart systems of open science in teachers’ education

Abstract The project announced by the authors is focused on smart systems of open science, issues elaboration methodological, methodic, and organizational support for use these emerging ICT in teaching research, increasing level competence educators, including teachers. Given significant pedagogical potential novelty existing approaches to learning meaning first all cloud-based adaptive science systems, their design educational institutions, still need theoretical experimental refinement approaches, models, methods techniques, possible ways implementation. In process studying leading experience, following advantages using services teachers’ training were identified: resource savings, access mobility, elasticity, others. methodological system personnel at different levels was proposed considered: students Master sciences; in-service training. tools implementation considered evaluated. recommendations suggestions advisable introduction into provided.
